About me

Hi, I'm James and I live in London, UK.

 

Before founding JP Talent, I was Head of Talent for Farsight Consulting (UK based digital transformation, 17million revenue), reporting to the board.

 

I designed and implemented a talent strategy that delivered over 220% headcount growth in 2 years, saved nearly 1 million in recruitment fees and led talent through an acquisition by Version 1. 

Prior to that, I spent 10 years at a boutique international search firm hiring in the UK and Overseas.

 

I trained at an FTSE 250 recruitment company and studied Law (LLB). 

James achieved close to seven figure savings over two years, while delierving a quality pipeline of candidates for a rapidly growing business.
